Kostin Ruffkess Forms Charitable Foundation

Kostin has established a new foundation that will support programs benefitting the local communities where its Farmington and New London, Connecticut and Springfield, Massachusetts offices are located.  Patricia McGowan, a member of the firm and leader of its nonprofit services group is featured in this reprint from the New London Day.
