Kostin, Ruffkess & Company, LLC forges strategic alliance with Implexus Software.

Kostin, Ruffkess & Company, LLC and Implexus Software created a strategic alliance that further cements Kostin, Ruffkess & Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Group as a leading provider of SOX compliance services throughout the Northeast.
In response to mounting demand throughout public companies in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine to easily navigate the SOX compliance process, Kostin looked to partner with a software company that would enable clients to cost effectively manage the planning, documentation, and testing process on an integrated software platform. Kostin started the search knowing that many clients managed their process with expanded and labor intensive spreadsheets that are not able to provide the reporting capabilities that management needed. Kostin also looked for a robust software package that would facilitate data testing and prepare relevant and detailed reports to senior management along with accountability benchmarking.
