A Helping Hand to Aid to Artisans

Aid to Artisans had a financial system that was providing reports without
a perspective in regard to the larger organization. The financial focus was on
programs rather than the organization as a whole.  In addition, there was no
umbrella for the organization and no consolidated information to forecast for
the future. The organization came up with a revised, comprehensive and simpler format for reporting financial information to their board of directors. Now Aid to Artisans is able to look at the broader perspective of the organization to support strategic planning in the future.
