Kostin, Ruffkess & Company, LLC is a regional business advisory and certified public accounting firm.  The Firm was founded by Ben Kostin in 1949 and since our inception, we have grown from a three-man office to become one of the largest regional firms in the Northeast with a full-time staff of about 140 employees and offices in Farmington and New London, Connecticut, and Springfield, Massachusetts.  We have been providing the community with trusted financial services for more than 55 years and attribute our continued success to the Kostin, Ruffkess & Company, LLC ideology of maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and visualizing the future while anticipating inevitable changes in the business climate.  Our growth over the years stems from providing clients with progressive advisory services while maintaining our expertise in traditional accounting, auditing and tax.
