Vacation
New hires start with 14 days of annual vacation time available. The time is accrued daily, but you can use time before it is earned with approval from our Human Resources Manager. You earn an additional 5 days of vacation upon your 5 year and 10 year anniversaries with the Firm.
Flex Time
From May 1st through Labor Day each year all employees are allowed flexibility in their daily work schedule.
Employee Savings Plans
Our plans have a 401(K) component where employees are eligible to defer a portion of their earnings after only 90 days of employment.
We also have a profit sharing feature to the plans whereby the Firm makes a contribution into each qualifying employee's account annually.
Medical Insurance
Health insurance is available to all employees that work over 30 hours per week. We have a HMO/Point of Service plan with options within it that allow employees to choose higher deductibles to lower their portion of the premium. The employee pays a portion of each premium, and there are fours levels of coverage available: employee, employee & spouse, employee & children, or family.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is also available to all employees that work over 30 hours per week. The employee pays a portion of each premium, and there are fours levels of coverage available: employee, employee & spouse, employee & children, or family.
Life Insurance
The Firm provides life insurance to all employees that work over 30 hours per week. The benefit is equal to three times your salary.
Short-term Disability
The Firm provides coverage to all employees that work over 30 hours per week. Benefits are available to employees that are sick or disabled for an extended period of time including maternity leave.
Long-term Disability
The Firm provides coverage to all employees that work over 30 hours per week.
Healthcare and/or Child Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Through the Firm’s Section 125 Plan, employees that work over 30 hours per week can set aside pretax dollars through payroll deduction to cover medical insurance premiums, other health care cost (such as co-pays or over the counter drugs) and day care expenses.
Parking and Transportation Flexible Spending Accounts
Through the Firm’s Section 132 Plan, employees that work over 30 hours per week can set aside pretax dollars through payroll deduction to cover commuting and or parking expenses they may incur.
Section 529 Plan
All employees that work over 30 hours are eligible to participate in a 529 College Savings Plan for post -secondary tuition. Payroll deductions are post-tax.
Health Club Membership
Employees of the Firm and their family members are eligible for a 30% discount on membership fees at any Healthtrax or affiliated facility.
